I won’t sugar-coat it – I despised waking up early probably more than anything else in the world. It might be because my bed was a comfortable slice of heaven, or the late hours at work. Lately, after deciding to make a routine of working out in the early AM, I learned to love waking up before the sunrise. I'm loving it so much that I included my father in this routine, and every morning I'm throwing him out of bed at 5AM to workout. Yesterday morning we went running along the beach till Rafailovici, a small village of fishermans near Budva, and today we decided to go for a refreshing swim in Mogren Beach. Nothing equals to the cold water that bathes your body while you are not yet fully awakened. It was very pleasant, and we recharged the batteries with an hour of swimming along the coast, surrounded by fish and seagulls. Also walking in a deserted city helped to reach the peace of mind, the only sound that could be heard was the rustling of the trees blown by the wind. A great way to start the day!
