On the Run
I run, I run away from laziness, that unbearable feeling that afflicts everyone sooner or later. Running for me is the meeting point between the mind and the body, where in total exhaustion I find the clarity of thought, the Romans knew way more than us about the importance of having a balance between the mind and body. Also running is the best medicine I know, helping you to prevent obesity, type 2 diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, stroke, some cancers, and a host of other unpleasant conditions. If you’ve been working out regularly, you’ve already discovered that running makes you happier. No matter how good or bad you feel at any given moment, exercise will make you feel better. Especially where I live, Montenegro, exercising surrounded by breathtaking landscapes it's a pleasure you cannot avoid. So when are we running?
